Abstract
Smart surveillance cars are a new and powerful way to keep places safe. Unlike fixed cameras, these cars can move around, collect live information, and send it over wireless networks. Due to the Internet of Things (IoT), they can be controlled from far away, drive by themselves, and show live video. This paper looks at what smart surveillance cars are, what parts they use, and where they are helpful, such as in patrolling, disaster response, military use, and checking restricted areas. It also compares old methods with these new smart systems, with special focus given to the wireless technologies that make all this possible, such as WiFi, Bluetooth, 4G/5G, LoRa, and ZigBee. These are compared based on how far they work, how fast they are, and how much power they use. The paper concludes with a discussion of how future work can make these systems even better by using more advanced and energy-saving technology.
